Selectmen's Meeting January 14, 1974 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the Minutes <br />minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting of September 10, 1973. <br />Chairman Kenney read the list of Orders for Construction of <br />Sewers on streets in the Town. <br />Mr. Frederick Corrazini, 8 Concord Avenue, was present and said <br />that he did not agree with the direction being taken as it is through <br />the center of his property. He would prefer to•have it go down the <br />Route 2 boundary line. <br />The Board requested Mr. McSweeney to meet with Mr. Corrazini to <br />try and resolve the difference of opinion. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to sign the <br />Order for Construction of Sewer on the following streets; <br />Summer Street from Lowell Street a distance of 270± feet, <br />Easterly. - + <br />Concord Avenue from Blossom Street a distance of 650- feet, <br />Easterly. and from Blossom Street a distance of 300± feet, <br />Westerly. <br />Concord Avenue from Pleasant Street a distance of 300- feet, <br />Easterly to Chadbourne Road. <br />Sewer Orders <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to sign the <br />Order of Sewer Taking on the following streets: <br />Hayes Lane from existing sewer 260± feet, Southerly. <br />Davis Road from Moreland Avenue a distance of 125- feet <br />Southerly. <br />Green Lane at Lot 2IA. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to table the <br />recommendation of Mr. McSweeney to take sewer easement and temporary con- <br />struction easements under Contract 73-7-E under Article 20 of the 1973 Pole <br />Annual Town Meeting. Concord <br />Avenue <br />Chairman Kenney read a petition from the N.E.T. & T. Co. and Boston <br />Edison Company for approval to relocate one pole on Concord Avenue; no <br />hearing required. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />petition of the N.E.T. & T. Co. and Boston Edison Company for the follow- <br />ing location: <br />Concord Avenue: Approximately 620 feet northwesterly, from Waltham <br />Street, one pole; also, remove one pole. <br />1 <br />
