Board of Appeals Hearing, July 1, 1969 <br />-2 <br />' At the close of the hearings, an executive session was held during which <br />the following decisions were reached: <br />Daniel L. Corbett - granted. <br />Charles D. Gerlinger - granted a side yard of 9 feet instead of the <br />required 15 feet. <br />Teena S. Sacco - denied. <br />Hartwell Lexington Trust (building on 6.9 acre lot) - granted. <br />Hartwell Lexington Trust (building on 4.9+ acre lot) - granted. <br />Robert 0. Tillinghast - denied. <br />Charles H. Cole II- granted. Permitted to build a house on Lots B-1 and <br />B-2 on Franklin Road, containing 14,490 sq. ft. of land instead of the <br />required 15,500 sq. ft. with a sufficient frontage, according to <br />drawings 3-6, inclusive, by Charles H. Cole, II, Architect, or with <br />slight variations, with the conditions that construction start within <br />a period of one year and the building be built by Charles H.
