BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />1 July 1, 1969 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, July 1, 1969, at 7:30 p.m, in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members <br />Dawes, Abbott, Wadsworth and Associate member Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Daniel L. Corbett for a variance to maintain an existing building <br />at 11 Buckman Drive with a roof edge 13.5 feet from the lot line instead <br />of the required 15 feet side yard. <br />Charles D. Gerlinger for a variance from the Zoning By -Law to permit <br />part of a proposed carport at 4 Barberry Rd. to be located with a side <br />yard of 7 feet instead of the required 15 feet. <br />Teens S. Sacco for a variance to permit 100 feet frontage instead of <br />the 150 feet required for three lots at 139 Wood Street, each lot having <br />the required 30,000 sq. ft. <br />Hartwell Lexington Trust - a finding and determination that a pro- <br />posed 30,468 sq. ft. building lotatdd on a 6.9 acre lot, located on the <br />' northeasterly side±of Hartwell Ave. southeasterly of a building now <br />occupied by Hewlett Packard, will constitute a suitable development. <br />Hartwell Lexington Trust - a finding and determination that a pro- <br />posed 15,334 sq. ft. building, located on a 4.9+ acre lot, located on the <br />northeasterly side of Hartwellr.Avenue on the northwesterly side of the <br />Boston..& Main Railroad tracks, will constitute a suitable development. <br />Robert 0. Tillinghast for a variance to permit the use of Lot A, <br />corner of Vine and Woburn Sts, which has 126 ft. frontage instead of the <br />required 150 ft. and to permit a building lot on Lot B, 116 Woburn St. <br />which would have 80 ft. frontage instead of the required 150 ft. and <br />would have an area of 25,000 sq. ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq. <br />ft. <br />C$arles H. Cole II for a variance to permit the construction of a <br />single family dwelling on a lot having sufficient frontage but insuffi- <br />cient area (14,490 sq. ft. of land instead of the required 15,500 sq. ft. <br />of land), said lot being a combination of "B-1" and "B-2" as shown on <br />plan submitted herewith; or to permit the construction of a single family <br />dwelling on a lot having insufficient frontage (102.4 feet instead of the <br />required 125 feet) and insdfficient area (11,894 sq. ft. of land instead <br />of the required 15,500 sq, ft. of land), said lot being shown as lot <br />"B-2" on plan submitted. The parcel of land in question is situated on <br />Franklin Road between 4 Franklin Road and 10 Franklin Road. <br />Americana Corporation for a finding and determination under Section <br />12.3 and 13 of the Zoning By -Law that the proposed office building at <br />1034-1050 Waltham Street will constitute a suitable development. <br />
