April 21�, 1962 <br />At the close of the Lxecutive Session the subject of <br />Donald E. Nickerson's re -appointment to the Board of Appeals <br />was brought to the attention of the members serving that <br />evening. Mr. Walter Ballard, acting as temporary chairman, <br />called for a motion from the Board. Mr. Aiden L. Ripley <br />moved that Donald E. Nickerson be made chairman, to serve <br />as such for the next five years. The motion was seconded by <br />Chanles H. Norris. The vote was unanimous in favor of <br />Mr. Nickerson serving in this capacity during his new term <br />on the Board of Appeals. <br />Clerk, Board o Appeals <br />
