BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />IApril 24, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, April 24, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, <br />Norris and Ripley and associate member Tucker <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. to`construct a greenhouse adjacent to #6 <br />Pleasant Street. <br />Francis E. Hudson for permission to build a 16' x 12' extension <br />to an existing porch on a non -conforming house at 23 Baker Avenue. <br />Richard's Lumber Co., Inc. for permission to operate a retail <br />specialty and building material business at 394 Lowell Street. <br />Busa Realty Trust for permission to maintain single family <br />dwelling at 32 Lillian Road which does not have required setback. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo for permission to erect lean-to greenhouse <br />for display purposes at 1265 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. - granted <br />Francis E. Hudson - granted <br />Richard's Lumber Co. - granted <br />Busa Realty Trust - granted <br />Anthony R.
