1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 4. 1958 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, February 4, <br />1958 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present were Chair- <br />man Nickerson, Messrs. Ripley, Redman, Ballard and Norris. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />William E. Maloney-- to permit 4 lots, numbered 2, 31 h, and 5. <br />Mass. ve.,ex on, o be divided into 3 lots; the center lot to be made <br />from parts of two existent 50 ft. lots and to have approximately 65 foot <br />frontage; also to have the building line of the resulting 3 lots set back <br />20 ft. from the street instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Minola M. Black - to subdivide 10 lots, located on Minola Rd. and <br />Slocum R3. n o ots, 6 of which will not meet requirements of the Lex- <br />ington Zoning By-law <br />Mildred Heywood - to vary the Zoning By-law in order to build a 2 room <br />addition ro her residence at 72 Waltham St. to be used by church for sales- <br />room and reading room; also to build said addition to the street line. <br />Dr. Charles Mooney - to have permission to occupy the proposed addi- <br />tion to exist g building, 1.145 Mass. Ave., as a physician's office. <br />At the close of the hearings, an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />William E. Maloney - granted <br />Minola M. Black - denied <br />Mildred Heywood denied <br />Dr. Charles Mooney - denied <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />
