Pursuant to the said findings, the Board hereby unani*ously decides that the application of the Lexington Zoning By-law is hereby varied so far as may be-saried ss far as stag ire necessary to permit the erection of a store and locker building at the corner of Lincoln Street and Marrett Road on property owned by Minute Man foods, Inc.; said building to be constructed of size and con- struction as shown on plan dated 4/15/46, prepared by Greymont & Sziklas of Boston, Mass. There shall be no flood lighting and the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at all times. There shall be no machinery installed in this building for the washing of vegetables or other foods. The Board hereby makes a detailed record of all its pro- ceedings relative to such petition and hereby sets forth that the reasons for its decision are its findings hereinbefore set forth and the testimony presented at the said hearing, including thgt herein summarized, and directts that this record immediately following' this decision shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Lexington and shall be open to public inspection and that notice of the decision shall be mailed forthwidh to each party in interest.
