131 <br />March 29, 1938 <br />Lexington Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Town Office Building <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned hereby petition the Lexington Board of <br />Appeals, appointed under General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 27, <br />to vary the application of Section 9 (g) of the Lexington Zoning <br />By-law with respect to the premises at No. 1265 (rear Mass. Ave., <br />owned by Burbrec Nurseries, lessors, Joseph Breck & Sons, owners, <br />of Lexington by permitting the following: Operation of a Trout <br />Pool and Stream to be used by fly -casters and anglers. A nominal <br />charge will be made for all trout taken; nothing will be offered <br />for sale other than the fish caught. Use of premises on Sundays <br />is contemplated. <br />H. Robinson <br />Manager. <br />N OTICE <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />March 30, 1938. <br />The Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on the matter of <br />varying the application of the Zoning Law by permitting on the <br />premises owned by Joseph Breck & Sons and located at the rear <br />of 1265 Mass. Avenue, Lexington, the operation of a Trout Pool <br />and Stream to be used by fly -casters and anglers, under the <br />Lexington Zoning Law or in accordance with Chapter 40, Section <br />27A of the General Laws and amendments. <br />The hearing will be held on April 15th, 1938, at 8:15 P. Co. was then: discussed, and inas- <br />much as the -proposed addition to the gasolene station would do away <br />with the present' unsightly lubricating lift, upon motion of Mr. <br />Glynn, seconded by Mr. Ferguson, it was voted to grant the follow- <br />ing permit to the Jenney Manufacturing Co. for permission to main- <br />tain a lubritorium at the corner of Waltham Street and marrett <br />Road, as follows: <br />
