130 <br />H. Angus Conners to operate a trout pool'and stream to be used <br />by fly casters and anglers as above described on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. This permit to run for one year from the date hereof; <br />2. That proper precautions shall be taken by him so that tres- <br />passing on land of abutting owners shall not occur. <br />3. That no signs which can be seen from Mass. Avenue shall be <br />placed on the premises, except a sign in the form of a fish <br />not more than four feet long at the Mass. Ave. entrance. <br />4. That the activities in connection with the above permit shall <br />be carried on in such manner as not to be objectionable. <br />The Board hereby makes a detailed record of all its pro- <br />ceedings relative to such petition and hereby sets forth that <br />the reasons for its decision are its findings hereinbefore set <br />forth and the testimony presented at the said hearing, including <br />that herein summarized, and directs that this record immediately <br />following this decision shall be filed in the office of the Town <br />Clerk of, Lexington and shall be open to public inspection and <br />that notice of this decision shall be mailed forthwith to each <br />party in interest. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS OF LEXINGTON <br />(Appointed under G.
