of section 9 G of the Lexington Zoning By-law permits <br />the use of the premises described in the petition, <br />subject to the following conditions, and instructs <br />the Inspector of Buildings of Lexington to grant a <br />permit therefor. <br />1. Petition to be granted for a term of 2 years <br />beginning July 1, 1931. <br />2. That the business be conducted by said Mary A. <br />Whelan. <br />3. That no additionsor structural alterations <br />are to be madetto or in the said premises. <br />The Board therefore determines that the use of <br />the premises described in the petition is in harmony <br />with the general purposes and intent of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law. <br />Arthur N.
