Meeting Attendees: Members - Lisah Rhodes, John Zhu, Archana Singhal,Nancy Shepard(Chair) Ex-Officio Member Attendees: Charlotte Rodgers (Director of Human Services), Christine Dean (Community Center Director), Doug Lucente (Board of Selectman), Susan Rockwell (Historical Society) Unable to attend: Melissa Battite (Director of Recreation & Community Programs), Alessandro Alessandrini, Daniel Palant,Nancy Adler The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm. 1. Minutes of November 9,2017 The minutes from the November meeting were reviewed and unanimously accepted. 2. Citizens and Other Boards There were no citizens or other boards present at this meeting. 3. Community Center Director Updates • Christine Dean,Community Center Director,reported that there is a new bench at the LexPress bus stop outside the Community Center. It was donated by Meg Himmel in memory of her mother. • The Lexington Field and Garden Club will be doing regular work on the grounds. • The winter session has started. Many programs are full. There is a new yoga class. There are drop in times for Watercolor painting,Needlework and Corn Hole. • The Building Use Plan is still being worked on. There is a plan to meet with the BOS in the New Year.
