138 <br /> In regard to the matter of the Student Council ' s f` <br /> being asked to begin handling the distribution of. the <br /> "Birth Certificates" right away, Mr Poehier suggested, <br /> and the Committee voted, that the Chairman process the <br /> matter through the Selectmen and the proper channels <br /> first <br /> Mr Cole agreed to make up an early morning <br /> parade format and to get it to the Boy Scouts and Gird. <br /> Scouts <br /> It was voted that any elementary children, not <br /> in youthgroups and who want to march in the early <br /> morning parade, should meet at Rowland Avenue at 7 15 <br /> a.m , where someone from the Stanley Hill Post of the <br /> American Legion will be there to be responsible for them <br /> The suggestion of Mr Jack Frost to add an <br /> additional slogan, "Rebirth of a Nation" to our program <br /> was turned down because of lack of space <br /> Mr Gustin reported that the Promenaders will <br /> have a float, and that their queen will be named "Lady <br /> Lexington" She and her court will attend the luncheon <br /> April 19th which will be planned by Eleanor Litchfield <br /> and Georgia Williams Mr Dearborn will be asked to <br /> plan the afternoon reception <br /> George H Williams <br /> Secretary <br />
