York hotel and reasonable daily meals <br /> Mr Viano will report on Rotary' s willingness to raise <br /> the money at the next meeting. <br /> Responsibility for the young people on the trip <br /> was discussed, and the group present agreed that Mr <br /> Poehler will ask Miss McIntyre if she would like to <br /> accompany the winners . <br /> Further plans for U.N. Day were discussed Mr <br /> Poehler will see to library displays Mrs Pullen re- <br /> ported an idea submitted by Mrs Pfaff that local resi- <br /> dents who have worked abroad in constructive U.N and <br /> related projects be invited to speak to local adult <br /> groups to further understanding of the many positive <br /> accomplishments in international friendship and aid. <br /> Although it was felt it is too late this year to arrange <br /> such, it was agreed this is an important and appealing <br /> method to reach and interest adult audiences The com- <br /> mittee members agreed to work on this idea during the <br /> year, possibly to set up a sort of local speakers ' <br /> bureau and suggest that local organizations might like <br /> to call upon these speakers for U N.
