MINUTES LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION OCTOBER 31,2000 PAGE 2 <br /> Commissioners Baci, Hamilton, Miller and Wolk voted to go into Executive Session for the <br /> purpose of approving minutes. <br /> The meeting resumed in open session. <br /> Cont'd Hearing. Winning Farm (201-441-4451 <br /> Mrs. Miller read a letter from Winning Farm Trust requesting that the hearing be continued to <br /> November 14, 2000 It was moved, seconded and voted to continue the hearing to November 14, <br /> 2000 <br /> High School Proiect—201-438 <br /> Ms.Nordby reported that the deadline date of October 31 for the installation of the 11-inch <br /> orifice at the detention basin will not be met due to the inclement weather of the past few days. <br /> The Project Manager is hopeful that it will be installed by November 8. Ms. Baci, who works at <br /> the High School, expressed concern that an open pipe in the area where the work for the <br /> detention basin was taking place was not protected from erosion. Ms.Nordby will check on this <br /> situation. <br /> Meeting dates were approved as submitted beginning on January 2, 2000. <br /> Photo session for Town Renort - The photo will be taken next Sunday,November 5, at 2 p.m. at <br /> the Lexington High School parking area. <br /> It was moved, seconded and voted to adjourn at 8.40 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Linda A.
