MINUTES - LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION OCTOBER 31, 2000 <br /> Commissioners present: Lisa Baci (8.25), Philip Hamilton, Joyce Miller and Richard Wolk. <br /> Absent: Duke Bitsko, Bebe Fallick, Angela Frick. <br /> Others present: Marilyn Nordby and Linda Gaudet. <br /> Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m. in Room G-15, Town Office Building. <br /> 6 Lake Street Planting Plan - 201-466 <br /> Bill Herring, owner/applicant, presented the proposed landscaping plan for this project as <br /> required in the Order of Conditions. Since the landscaping will be within the 25-foot buffer <br /> zone, the Commission decided that they need to review the plan at the site before giving their <br /> approval. A site visit was set for November 11 at 11 a.m. <br /> Walking Paths in Meaaherville - Mr. Herring said that he would like to build a connector <br /> between two paths in the Meagherville conservation land. The Commission suggested that he <br /> contact Nell Walker, Kay Tiffany or Alan Levine who are stewards of the area and have worked <br /> on the trail plans. <br /> Site Visits: Start at Lexington Christian Academy— 10 a.m., then 334 Waltham Street; and 6 <br /> Lake Street. <br /> Town Warrant <br /> Articles for the Town Warrant to date are: <br /> By-Law Changes—One technical and one major. <br /> Land Transfer <br /> Land Acquisition <br /> Minutes - It was moved, seconded and voted to approve the minutes of October 3, 2000, as <br /> amended.
