This article seeks special legislation to allow the Town of Lexington <br /> to increase the number of On-Premise Wine &Malt Alcohol Licenses available in the Town of <br /> Lexington. Presently the Town has no available On-Premise Wine& Malt Alcohol Licenses as <br /> Lexington businesses have preferred this license type over All Alcohol Licenses. There are additional <br /> businesses seeking On-Premise Wine& Malt Alcohol Licenses and therefore the Town is respectfully <br /> seeking to increase the number of these licenses by ten(10) additional licenses. <br /> On behalf of the Lexington Select Board, I respectfully request that you sponsor legislation to <br /> effectuate the intent of this Home Rule Petition.
