Route 8 - Funding of the Land Management Plan from the Judy Record Fund
has been approved. About $10000. Consultant to be hired. Expected
completion with involvement of GCC summer/fall of this year. Boundary
Surveying funding not yet identified - about $32000.

Route 9 - all set to go except for approval by Dave Pinsonneault of signage at
the Pleasant Street crossing. Bob will follow up.

Proposed Rte 19/AGM/LVB connector - Harrington School is an issue since
Lexington Housing Authority is not keen on permitting access to an ACROSS
route and is not a Town property. There is an alternative utilizing a strip of town
property out to Lowell Street between 366 and 374 Lowell Street. We should hold
off until Recreation complete their work developing new playing fields on the site
of the old Harrington School Administration building. The consensus of the group
that it is better to put 19 on hold.

Proposed Rte 22/Sanderson Connector - Consensus is to go ahead with
Route 22. Call it O Route.

Proposed Rte 23/Waterstone connector - MWRA canned it. There are two
classes of Aqueduct and there are security issues and as a result we cannot
create this path.

Review Destination Sign Project - outline and revised draft (white and blue)
shared with everyone. Feedback: Stick with distance and no need to state the
time for walking or biking. Consensus seems to be to start with a pilot project and
see if we need to put signs at every intersection, or just in a few spots. Mike
agreed to create a concept for review at the next meeting.

Next Meeting scheduled for 4-5.30 pm on March 14 at the Parker Room.

Future Meeting Dates: April 11, May 9, June 13

Minutes by Bobak Moshiri
