Holt, Moderator <br />at 8:06 P. M. <br />There were 154 Town Meeting Members present. <br />Selectman Charles E. Ferguson moves to take up <br />Article 7, offering the following: <br />Article 7. Voted: That the sum of $3,302.00 be ap- <br />propriated and assessed for the Suppression of Gypsy and <br />Brown Tail Moths, and other pests, in accordance with <br />Chapter 132. General Laws and amendments. <br />Motion by A. Edward Rowse, Chairman of Appropria- <br />tion Committee, appropriation be amended to read $2,900.00 <br />of which $300.00 be for personal services. <br />Amendment as offered by A. Edward Rowse, declared <br />lost 8:11 P. M. <br />Main motion presented as follows : <br />Article 7. Voted: That the sum of $3,302 be appro- <br />priated and assessed for the Suppression of Gypsy and <br />Brown Tail Moths, and other pests, in accordance with <br />Chapter 132, General Laws, and amendments, of which <br />$300.00 shall be Personal Services and $3,002.00 shall be <br />Wages and expenses. <br />Carried 8:11 P.
