Carroll, Town Clerk <br />at7:54P.M. <br />There were twenty-seven Town Meeting Members <br />present. <br />James J. Carroll, Town Clerk, explained reasons for the <br />meeting as follows, resignation had been received from <br />Robert F. Knox, account leaving Town, therefore, necessary <br />to elect a member to complete term, expiring in 1940. <br />Nominations were made from the floor, seconded and <br />voted unanimously that Harold B. Needham serve as Chair- <br />man and Leigh V. Farnham as Clerk for the meeting. <br />Nominations made from floor and seconded that Domi- <br />nic F. Ross be elected to complete term. <br />Nominations closed. <br />Election of Dominic F. Ross, term expiring March, 1940 <br />was unanimous 7:59 P.
