REPORT OF TOWN CLERK 77 <br />Lexington Zoning By -Law and map by changing from <br />an R.1 District to C.1 District the plot of land owned <br />by Ethel W. Bean and located on the easterly side of <br />Bedford Street, northwest of property of said name at <br />241 Bedford Street, said plot extending easterly two <br />hundred (200) feet; thence turning and running in a <br />northerly direction three hundred (300) feet; thence <br />turning and running southwesterly two hundred fifty <br />(250) feet to Bedford Street; thence turning and run- <br />ning southeasterly along Bedford Street two hundred <br />forty-seven (247) feet to the point of beginning and <br />comprising one and three eighths (1%) acres of land <br />more or less." <br />The following paragraph to be placed in Section 3, <br />under the heading "In C.1 Districts :—" <br />22. Beginning at a point in the northeasterly side line <br />of Bedford Street, said point being southeasterly and <br />distant 219.04 feet from the southeasterly terminus of <br />a curve of radius 1513.11 feet ; thence running north- <br />easterly distant 200 feet; thence turning and running <br />northwesterly distant 300 feet; thence turning and run- <br />ning southwesterly distant 250 feet to the northeasterly <br />side line of Bedford Street ; thence turning and running <br />by said side line of Bedford Street, southeasterly distant <br />247 feet to the point of beginning and comprising 1% <br />acres of land more or less, <br />or take any action thereon. <br />The Appropriation Committee makes no recommendation <br />under this Article. <br />Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Lexington Zoning By -Law as follows: <br />By removing from Section 3, C.1 Districts, the two <br />following paragraphs:— <br />"Beginning at a point 200 feet easterly of the junc- <br />tion of the easterly line of Blossom Street with the south- <br />erly line of the new Concord Highway, thence easterly <br />along the southerly line of the Concord Highway 200 feet, <br />and of a depth of 100 feet throughout." <br />.T8 <br />TOWN OF LEXINGTON. <br />"`At the junction of the Concord Turnpike and Wa- <br />!, ter -town Street the parcel bounded easterly by the curve <br />at; said junction 55.98 feet; southerly by said Turnpike <br />277.50 feet, westerly by a line at right angles to said Turn- <br />pike 98.97 feet; north westerly by a line at right angles to <br />said, Watertown Street 98.97 feet; and northeasterly by <br />said Watertown Street 286.96 feet." <br />And by adding the following to Section 3 after paragraph <br />10 under "R.2 Districts" and preceding the heading "C.1 <br />Districts" :— <br />T.1 Districts <br />1. Beginning at a point 200 feet easterly of the junction <br />of the easterly line of Blossom Street with the southerly <br />line of the new Concord Highway, thence easterly along <br />the southerly line of the Concord Highway 200 feet, and <br />of a depth of 100 feet throughout. <br />2. .At the junction of the Concord Turnpike and Water- <br />town Street the parcel bounded easterly by the curve at <br />said junction 55.98 feet ; southerly by said turnpike 277.50 <br />feet ; westerly by a line at right angles to said Turnpike <br />98.97 feet; northwesterly by a line at right angles to said <br />i,;Watertown Street 98.97 feet; and northeasterly by said <br />Watertown Street 286.96 feet. <br />And by changingthe Zoning Map in accordance therewith, <br />or take any action thereon. <br />The Appropriation Committee makes no recommendation <br />under this Article. <br />Article35.
