REPORT OF TOWN CLERK 61 <br />of deed of a parcel of land comprising approximately five and <br />one-half acres and located on Burlington Street the same to <br />be used as a skating rink or for other park purposes, and place <br />the same in the control of the Board of Selectmen, acting as <br />Park Commissioners. <br />The Appropriation Committee recommends the pur- <br />chase of the land as set forth in this Article and further <br />recommends that the sum of 11,000.00 he appropriated <br />therefor. <br />Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zon- <br />ing By -Laws as follows: <br />By inserting after Section 3, ('-1 Districts, Paragraph <br />30, a new paragraph which shall read as Follows: <br />30a. At the junction of Etist and Lowell Streets, in the <br />southeast corner of the intersection, extending 190 feet <br />along Lowell. Street and 250 feet along East Street, <br />and of a depth of 200 feet throughout. <br />The Appropriation Committee makes nn recommenda- <br />tion under this Article. <br />Article 38. To see it the Town will vote to establish the <br />office of information. Clerk, the position to be filled by appoint- <br />ment by the Selectmen, for a terra not to exceed one year, and <br />that the sum of 450.00 be appropriated therefor. <br />The Appropriation Cornmittee recomm,en.ds that this <br />Article be indefinitely postponed. <br />Article 39. To see if the Town will authorize the Board of <br />Selectmen to sell and dispose of the property taken by the <br />Town by foreclosure of tax titles. <br />The Appropriation Committee recommends favorable <br />action on this Article. <br />Article 40.
