REPORT OF' TOWN CLERK 19 <br />much as is necessary of the revenue loans of 1935 for a period <br />not to exceed six months beyond the maximum term provided <br />by law for an original revenue loan, ander authority of and <br />in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Acts of <br />1038, or take :lily action relative thereto. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote t,o authorize the <br />Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to refund <br />any or all of the revenue notes issued in anticipation of the <br />revenue of the year 1935, iii accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws; any debt so incurred to <br />be paid from the revenue of the year 1935. <br />Article7. To see if the Town will rual:e the usual appro- <br />priations for Tow]) expenses for the ensuing year, or act in any <br />manner relating thereto. <br />Article S. To see if the Town will snake an appropriation <br />for the Suppression of Gypsy and Brown Tail Moths, and other <br />pests, in :accordance with Chapter 132. General laws, or act in <br />any manner relating thereto. <br />Article 9, To see if the Town will vote to transfer funds <br />to the Reserve Fund as provided by Chapter 40, Section 6, <br />General laws. or take any action relating thereto. <br />Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />funds for the payment of pensions to retired members of the <br />Police x101 Tire Ilepartments, under tliapter 32, General Laws, <br />or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />Article 11. '1'o see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Selectmen to petition the Director of Accounts of the State: for <br />an audit for the year 1935. <br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />money for the support of a Posture Clinic, to be expended un- <br />der the direction of the Board of stealth or by a committee ap- <br />pointed by said Board, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a <br />sunt sufficient to pay the County of Middlesex, as required by <br />]aw, the town's share of the net cost of the care, maintenance, <br />and repair of the Middlesex County Tuberculosis Hospital, as <br />assessed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 111 of <br />20 TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />the General Laws and Acts in amendment thereof and in addi- <br />tion thereto or take any action in relation thereto. <br />Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the <br />sum of " 1,720.16 received from the Middlesex County for dog <br />fees to the Cary Memorial Library Account. <br />Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to install street <br />lights in Pine Knoll Road. <br />Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to accept the rec- <br />ommendation of the Selectmen for the changing of the names <br />of certain streets, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to establish a <br />clinic for the free immunization of dogs against rabies, and <br />appropriate money for said clinic. <br />Article 18. To sec if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />funds for -labor and materials on public works and for other <br />expenses in connection therewith, to be expended by the Select- <br />men for aid to persons employed on various projects. <br />Article 19.
