CARROLL, <br />• Town Clerk. <br />PRECINCT FOUR <br />Election of a Town Meeting Member to fill vacancy ac- <br />count William R. S. Eaton, removing from the Town. <br />28 ANNUAL REPORTS <br />Meeting was held Monday evening, March 21, 1932, in <br />Estabrook Hall. <br />Meeting called to order by Town Clerk, James J. Carroll, <br />at 7:48 P. M., with twenty-eight members present. <br />James J. Carroll explained the purpose of the meeting, <br />stating nominations were in order for Chairman and Clerk, <br />for the meeting. <br />Francis E. Burke was unanimously elected as Chairman <br />and Clerk for the meeting. <br />Nominations were asked for a Town Meeting Member, to <br />fill a vacancy, term of one year. <br />The naiue of E. Elvidge Taylor of 142 Bedford St., was <br />proposed. <br />There were no further nominations, therefore E. Elvidge <br />Taylor was unanimously elected as a Town Meeting Member, <br />for one year. <br />On motion of Walter 8. Beatty, the meeting adjourned. <br />Unanimous at 8:00 P.
