SWAN, <br />Town Clerk. <br />See meeting of March 27, 1911, Article 4. <br />REPORT OF SELECTMEN ON ACCEPTANCE OF SHIRLEY <br />STREET <br />LEXINGTON, MASS., June 10, 1911. <br />We respectfully report to the town the laying out by us as Select- <br />men of a town way leading from Bedford street, Southerly from Hill <br />street; said way is known as Shirley street; and we respectfully <br />recommend that said laying out be accepted and allowed by vote of <br />the town to the end that the new way be established as a public <br />way. <br />The street as laid out at present, is forty (40) feet in width, and <br />four hundred and eighty-five (485) feet in length, with ten dwellings <br />erected thereon. <br />While the street, at present time, is not built to grade, the owners <br />and abutters thereon have agreed to pay a sufficient sum to accom- <br />plish this request. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />FRANK D. WHITAKER, <br />Selectmen. <br />See meeting of June 10, 1911, Article 11. <br />81 <br />AUDUBON ROAD <br />LEXINGTON, MASS., June 10, 1911. <br />We respectfully report to the town the laying out by us as Select- <br />men of a town way leading from Massachusetts avenue, Concord <br />Hill, to Lincoln street. Said way is known as Audubon road, and <br />we respectfully recommend that the laying out be accepted and <br />allowed by vote of the town to the end that the new way be estab- <br />lished as a public way. The street as laid out at present time is <br />forty (40) feet in width and six hundred and twenty-one (621) feet <br />in length, and five houses erected. <br />A small amount of work will have to be done to bring the street <br />to grade, and satisfactory arrangements have been made with the <br />owner and abuttors to do this. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />FRANK D. WHITAKER, <br />Selectmen. <br />See meeting of June 10, 1911, Article 12. <br />REPORT OF SELECTMEN ON ACCEPTANCE OF <br />EDGEWOOD ROAD <br />July 1, 1911. <br />In accordance with a vote passed under Art. 3 at a town meeting <br />held on Jan. 17, 1911, at which time it was voted "that Edgewood <br />road be accepted as a public street when laid out and graded to the <br />satisfaction of the Selectmen, and properly deeded to the town," <br />we respectfully report that we have viewed the said street, and find <br />W2 <br />
