This time we want to focus on identifying priorities and measures. <br />The overall plan for the meeting will be as follows: <br />7:30 Fernando – welcome & introductions, agenda & meeting objectives <br />7:40 Rick – overview, current context, 2020 as part of internal school/town <br />process <br />7:50 Peter – presentation of and questions on progress report <br />8:00 Wendy – break people up into small groups of 8-10 (or stay in one group if <br /><20 people) <br />facilitators and recorders will be available for up to 4 groups <br />at the beginning of the small group time, each facilitator will identify a <br />group member to report back to the larger group <br />an Implementation Committee member will be in each small group to <br />serve as time keeper and to monitor the reporting back, making sure the <br />group’s discussion is fairly represented <br />8:45 Wendy – moderate the small group reporting <br />9:05 Chuck – wrap-up and next steps <br />There is no meeting before the March 6 public forum.
