If CM at Risk is selected, the OPM would then need to begin the IG <br />Application for submission. <br /> <br />The remainder of the steps will take place in a sequence that gets the CM on board in approximately <br />3 months, or in case, by the beginning of April 2017. Following the selection of the <br />Construction Delivery Method, the PBC would then have to select the CM Selection Committee at the <br />next meeting if they voted to select CM at Risk. <br /> <br />Motion to use the CM at Risk Construction Delivery method on the Hastings elementary <br />School Project and have the OPM submit the IG Application, by C. DiNisco commented that the 1 design meeting that took place on the 11was primarily focused <br />stth <br />on the site aspects around the building. She reported that the tentative agendas for the next four <br />meetings were handed out in case any of the P/SBC members have interest in participating. <br /> <br />These meeting take place every other Wednesday at 7:30 AM at 201Bedford Street and PBC <br />Members are invited to contribute at these meetings. <br /> <br />5.Sustainable Building Process Update <br /> <br />C. Barrentine attended the Sustainability Stakeholders follow up meeting on January 9, 2017, and <br />summarized the additional detail generated in a spreadsheet, which was distributed and discussed. <br />(See the attached handout.) <br /> <br />Currently, the Stakeholders meetings are being scheduled to have a recommendation to the <br />Lexington Selectmen by March 1. This committee will be asked to vote their recommendations on <br />st <br />items in the next meeting.
