The cost estimate is based on an escalated 2013 quote. The Bridge <br />Elementary School roof was last replaced in the late 1990s. <br /> #562 School Building Envelopes and Systems Program: The recommended <br />extraordinary repairs and modifications at Harrington Elementary School <br />(Harrington) are the result of normal aging.
