All in favor. <br />The Emergency Preparedness report was reviewed and the following topics were discussed. <br />The Board was updated on the upcoming Multi- Agency Avian Flu Working Group <br />conference call on Monday, November 23rd. <br />In an effort to facilitate the merger of Region 4A and Region 4B into one Health and <br />Medical Coordinating Coalition, (HMCC), Lexington 4A MRC members and 4B MRC members <br />will be part of a series of sessions in an effort to engage the five core disciplines. <br />Sharon MacKenzie, R.N., CCM, motioned that the meeting be adjourned and John J. Flynn, J.D, <br />seconded. All were in favor.
