Steve has already communicated with the Police Chief and the Town Manager <br /> and will go next to the Selectboard. <br /> We will have one Public Porch (The Stone House). <br /> The rain date is the next day. <br /> The Council will have a table ( probably at Emery Park, Depot Square ) to hand <br /> out maps to visitors. <br /> We will be discussing Porchfest in depth at our next meeting, which will take <br /> place September 6th, 2023 at 7PM. <br /> ❖ Council Roles: <br /> We will need to discuss Council Roles opening next September, and will wait for <br /> the next meeting to discuss the Co-Chair' s positions. <br /> Liz Rozan, our newest member will take care of the website, once trained. <br /> Claudia Lach is responsible for updating Constant Contact. <br /> If no one steps up to fill the treasurer's position, Marie has agreed to switch <br /> roles, which would leave the Secretary's position open. <br /> ❖ New business: <br /> Lexl-aughs- Lisa will be looking for a venue and an artist and then ask members of <br /> the Council for help. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Moved by Steve 4:53 PM <br /> Seconded by Ashley <br /> Approved unanimously <br />
