Dr.Tung then <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Open Forum (2 minutes per person, state your name and address) <br />None <br /> <br />LexZeroWaste- Update on Pilot Program for Reusable Take-out Containers-ZeroTogo: <br /> <br />Janet Kern and Mark Manasas of LexZeroWaste attended the meeting and presented an update <br />on their pilot program to the Board. They presented plans to expand the pilot during phases 2 and <br />3 as long as the restaurant can handle the increase and the Board approves. The Board of Health <br />has questions and comments regarding the program's reusable containers; the questions and <br />comments were answered and addressed by Ms. Kern and Mr. Manasas. <br /> <br />National Public Health Week – April 3-9,2023 – Review Events: <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger gave an overview of national Public Health Week informing the Board that the <br />Town of Lexington held many events that were well-attended and received by the community. <br />The Health Office and Conservation Commission now have a monthly scheduled guided Nature <br />walk once a month as a result of this collaboration.
