Minutes of the Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting <br />April 13, 2016 <br /> Article 4, Amend General Bylaws—Capital Expenditures Committee: To report. <br />Vote: 5–0 (Ms. Hai is to prepare the draft-report language before next Tuesday’s CEC <br />meeting.) <br /> Article 5, Purchase of Belmont Country Club Land (Town has the right of first refusal on <br />that purchase; the Lexington Montessori School has signed a Purchase & Sale Agreement <br />with that Club): To report. Vote: 4–0 (Ms. Hai recused herself from this matter as she is a <br />member of that Club.
