TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />Permanent Building Committee <br />Permanent Members <br />Jon Himmel, Co-Chairman, Charles Favazzo, Co-Chairman, <br />Peter Johnson, Philip Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Elizabeth Giersbach, Frederick Merrill <br />Police Station Members: Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum <br />Associate Members: Curt Barrentine, Henrietta Mei <br /> <br />PBC Minutes for the meeting held on: 10-25-22 <br />Meeting was held remotely via Zoom <br /> <br />Members Present: <br />Jon Himmel, Charles Favazzo, Peter Johnson, Phil Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Elizabeth Giersbach, Semoon Oh, <br />Wendy Krum <br /> <br />The PBC Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />There were no minutes for review this evening. <br /> <br />Westview Cemetery <br /> <br />A very brief updated was provided to say that the project was moving along, without great delay. <br />There appear to be no major material shortages or delays with Electrical, we are waiting on some updates on the hvac <br />equipment but otherwise things are positive. <br />Still working with Eversource on providing new service to the site, approved change order to GC for Duct bank on <br />primary service that Eversource refused to perform. <br />Steel frame is going up. <br /> <br />Police HQ Project Update <br /> <br />DPF advised that the Hosmer House sale was fully approved and we were coordinating with the buyer’s house mover <br />with the expectation that the house would be moved by 11/1. <br /> <br />It was asked if the fence at the circular drive needed to eliminate the use of the sidewalk. DPF stated that portions of the <br />sidewalk were being removed and would be replaced upon final improvements to grade in the area. <br />The current site activities and upcoming events were identified. <br /> <br />An inquiry was made about the status of a project schedule and DPF explained that a 90 day schedule was generated <br />while the full schedule was being developed. <br /> <br />Project Status was reported below: <br /> <br />Ongoing Activities <br />• Perimeter Fencing established <br />• Abatement ongoing –Interior complete this week, roofing next week <br />• Hosmer House relocation –Began work this week <br />• Building Permit has been issued by TOL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
