6. <br /> ARTICLE 19. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to retain <br /> professional services for the preparation of plans and specifications for <br /> the development of the so-called Old Reservoir area off Marrett Road for <br /> recreational use, including swimming, and to develop all or a portion of <br /> said area; and appropriate money therefor, and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available <br /> funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of one hundred or more registered voters. ) <br /> ARTICLE 20. A. To see if the Town will vote to amend the General <br /> ByLaws by striking out Section 2 of Article XXVII in its entirety and <br /> inserting in place thereof a new Section 2 to read as follows: <br /> Section 2. No dog owned or kept in this Town shall be allowed to be <br /> off the premises of its owner or keeper except in the immediate <br /> restraint and control of some person by means of a leash. The owner <br /> or keeper of any such dog that is not so restrained or controlled off <br /> the premises of its owner or keeper shall be punishable by a fine of <br /> ten dollars for each offense. <br /> B. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money <br /> for personal services and expenses for such enforcement of this By-Law <br /> and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax <br /> levy or by transfer from available funds or by a combination of these <br /> methods or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of one hundred or more registered voters, ) <br />
