5. <br /> ARTICLE 16. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation <br /> Commission to purchase or otherwise acquire, and will authorize the <br /> Selectmen to take by eminent domain upon the written request of the <br /> Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as provided by <br /> Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, all or any part of land <br /> described as follows: Lots 99, 128 and 129 on Map 83, consisting of <br /> 9.25 Acres, more or less, 100,960 square feet, more or less, and 2.7 Acres, <br /> more or less, respectively, said maps being Property Maps of the Town of <br /> Lexington prepared by James W. Sewall Company of Old Town, Maine, dated <br /> 1962, as modified and updated by the Town from year to year; and <br /> appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided <br /> by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including any <br /> unexpended balances in current appropriations, or by borrowing, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> li ARTICLE 17. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br /> release lots 102 to 104, inclusive, on Taft Avenue from the restrictions <br /> imposed in a certain deed from the Town to Jennie C. Coye and Edward E. <br /> Coye conveying lot 99 on Taft Avenue, which deed is dated October 27, 1958 <br /> and reccrded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 9259, <br /> Page 263, and will set the minimum amount to be paid for such release; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 18. To see if the Town will appropriate an additional sum <br /> of money to be used in conjunction with money appropriated under <br /> Article 26 of the Warrant for the 1968 Annual Town Meeting for the purchase <br /> by or with the approval of the Selectmen of equipment for the Department <br /> of Public Works, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the <br /> current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, including any <br /> balance in the Fire Loss Recovery - Public Works account, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
