C <br /> 4. <br /> ARTICLE 11. To see if the Town will vote to cover such elected or <br /> appointed officers of the Town under the Workmen' s Compensation Act as the <br /> Selectmen may, from time to time, designate, under the authority of <br /> Section 69 of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, as amended by Chapter 401 <br /> of the Acts of 1966; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 12. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen <br /> to retain professional services for design of a suitable veterans' <br /> memorial to be located at Emery Park or other suitable place in the Town <br /> and appropriate a sum of money for such services, and determine whether <br /> the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from <br /> available funds, including any unexpended balances in current appropriations, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will authorize the construction and <br /> installation of additions to the Civil Defense warning system and the <br /> relocation of three existing warning devices ; appropriate money therefor, <br /> and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, <br /> or by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended balances in <br /> current appropriations, or by any combination of these methods; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE ll}. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of <br /> money for development of a parking area on land abutting on Worthen Road <br /> and adjacent to the south side of the Senior High School Field House, and <br /> determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by <br /> transfer from available funds, including any unexpended balances in current <br /> appropriations, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 15. To see if the Town will appropriate an additional sum <br /> of money for Cemetery Department - Expenses for the balance of the year <br /> 1968, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax <br /> levy, or by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended balances <br /> in current appropriations, or by any combination of these methods; or act <br /> in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
