-28- <br /> E. Every pool shall be equipped with a permanent <br /> ladder or steps which permit exit from the <br /> swimming pool water. <br /> F. Spring boards are not permitted unless located <br /> in an area of the pool which has a water depth <br /> of seven ( 7) feet or more . <br /> ARTICLE 88. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> Building By-Law by inserting the words "or :two" between the words <br /> "one" and "story" in the second sentence of ARTICLE XVII, Section 9, <br /> paragraph A. under the sub-caption "Bearing Partitions and Exterior <br /> Walls ." <br /> ARTICLE 89. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> Building By-Law by striking out of ARTICLE XXII, Section 2, the <br /> second paragraph which reads: "The walls and ceiling shall be <br /> metal lathed and plastered to make a minimum thickness of <br /> three-fourths (3/4) of an inch." , and by substituting therefor <br /> a new second paragraph to read substantially as follows: "The <br /> walls and ceiling shall have a fire resistance rating of at <br /> least one hour." <br /> ARTICLE 90. To see if the Town will appropriate, under the <br /> authority of Section 2 of Chapter 417 of the Acts of 1966, a sum <br /> of money to cover the disbursement for plans and specifications for <br /> alterations and additions to the Lexington Senior High School under <br /> Article 11 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting held on <br /> November 25, 1963 in excess of the amount available in the appropri- <br /> ations authorized by said. Article 11, anddetermine whether the money <br /> shall be providedby the current tax levy, or by transfer from <br /> available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
