-5- <br /> town line, said parcel being the land substantially as described in three <br /> deeds recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 9596, <br /> Page 406; Book 911112, Page 113; and Book 6918, Page 184; and all or any part <br /> of a parcel of land on the southwesterly side of Winchester Drive, bounded <br /> southwesterly by other land of the Town and believed to contain 8,000 square <br /> feet, more or less, and being the land substantially as described in a deed re- <br /> corded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 9962, Page 1;11l; <br /> and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended balance <br /> in the appropriation under Article 81 of the Warrant for the 1966 Annual <br /> Town Meeting, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods ; or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Com- <br /> mission to purchase or otherwise acquire in the name of the Town, and will <br /> authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the written request <br /> of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as provided by <br /> Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, all or any portion of a parcel <br /> of land containing 29, 786 square feet, more or less, as shown on a plan <br /> dated June 15, 1962, made by Albert A. Miller and Wilbur C . Nylander, Civil <br /> Engineers and Surveyors , recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of <br /> Deeds, Book 10129, Page 36, and the fee or any lesser interest in all or any <br /> part of that portion of Lot B situated southerly of Stratham Road as shown <br /> on plan entitled "Plan at Lexington, Pass . ", dated July 12, 1922, recorded <br /> in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 308; Plan 26; and <br /> appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided <br /> by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended balances in <br /> current appropriations, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
