-17- <br /> ARTICT.F 62. To see if the Town will approve the settlement of or will <br /> authorize the Selectmen to settle the claim against the Town by William L. <br /> Barnes and Bertha L. Barnes for damages arising out of the taking by eminent <br /> domain of easements for sewer purposes in land situated on Bedford Street in <br /> Lexington for the so-called Sunnyfield sewer, which claim is now pending as <br /> a suit against the Town in the Superior Court, Middlesex County; and approp- <br /> riate money for such settlement and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy or by transfer from available funds; or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br /> ARTICLE 63. To see if the Town will approve the settlement of or will <br /> authorize the Selectmen to settle the claim against the Town by Daniel H. <br /> Freeman and Beatrice H. Freeman for damages arising out of the taking by <br /> eminent domain of an easement in land situated on Massachusetts Avenue and <br /> Stratham Road in Lexington for purposes of a town way known as Worthen Road, <br /> which claim is now pending as a suit against the Town in the Superior Court, <br /> Middlesex County; and appropriate money for such settlement and determine <br /> whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy or by transfer <br /> from available funds; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICTF 64. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for <br /> keeping street lights burning until dawn and determine whether the additional <br /> money shall be included in the future expenditures of the Highway Department; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br /> (Inserted at the request of ten or more registered voters. ) <br /> ARTICLE 65. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of <br /> money from available funds toward the reduction of the 1957 tax rate, or <br /> act in any other manner in relation thereto, <br />
