-28- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Lexington petitions the Great and General Court of the <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts to concentrate its attentions on consideration <br /> and early adoption of a revised tax program for the Commonwealth and its <br /> municipalities that will alleviate the undue share of the burden borne by <br /> local property taxpayers. <br /> (Inserted at the request of ten or nnre registered voters) <br /> ARTICLE 77. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to release lots 166-167, <br /> inclusive, on Valleyfield Street from the restrictions imposed in a certain deed from the <br /> Town to Edward E. Domings and Mary L. Owings conveying lots 166-167 on Valleyfield <br /> Street, which deed is dated April 17, 1968 and recorded in Middlesex South District <br /> Registry of Deeds, Book 11493, Page 147. <br /> (Inserted at the request of ten or more registered voters) <br /> ARTICLE 78. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money from <br /> available funds toward the reduction of the 1971 tax rata or act in any other manner <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br />
