To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen on behalf of the Town <br /> to acquire by purchase, by eminent domain, or otherwise, or to lease, for off-street parking <br /> and access thereto and other public purposes all or any part of Lot 67 on Assessors' Map 49, <br /> and owned now or formerly by Simon Goldberg and Samuel B. Sheldon; appropriate a sum of <br /> money for such acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including the Parking Meter Fund, or by borrowing, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Planning Board) <br /> ARTICLE 65. Carroll; appropriate a sum of money for such <br /> acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by <br /> transfer from available funds, including the Parking Meter Fund, or by borrowing, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Planning Board) <br /> ARTICLE 66. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen on behalf of the Town to <br /> acquire by purchase, by eminent domain, or otherwise, or to lease, for off-street parking <br /> and access thereto and other public purposes all or any part of Lots 69 and 75 on Assessors' <br /> Map 49, and owned now or formerly by the Lexington Federal Savings and Loan Association; <br /> appropriate a sum of money for such acquisition and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including the Parking <br /> Meter Fund, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; and will authorize the <br /> Selectmen, as part or full consideration for said Lots 69 and 75, to convey such part of the <br /> land that was acquired for off-street parking and library purposes under Article 6 of the <br /> Warrant for the June 2, 1969 Special Town Meeting as is no longer needed for public use; <br /> and will set the minimum amount to be paid for such conveyance; or act in any other manner <br /> in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Planning Board) <br />
