-17- <br /> ARTICLE 62. To see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission to purchase <br /> or otherwise acquire, and will authorize the Selectmen to take by eminent domain, upon the <br /> written request of the Conservation Commission, for conservation purposes as provided by <br /> Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, any fee, easement, conservation restriction <br /> as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws or other interest in all or any <br /> part of land southerly of Concord Avenue owned by Margaret Pal lou and described in deed <br /> recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 7401, Page 248, excepting <br /> therefrom lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on plan recorded in said Deeds at the end of <br /> Book 7489, and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided <br /> by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, or by borrowing, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Conservation Commission) <br /> ARTICLE 63. Cooke, located on the northerly side of Massachusetts Avenue <br /> and the easterly side of Woodberry Road and described in a deed recorded in Middlesex South <br /> District Registry of Deeds, Book 6761, Page 409, and appropriate money therefor and <br /> determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from <br /> available funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Conservation Commission) <br />
