-15- ARTICLE 54. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the development of a play area on land owned by the Town located off Freemont Street, and determine whether the money shah be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
