-13- <br /> ARTICLE 47. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the further <br /> development of the so-called dump area on Lincoln Street and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 48. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to purchase, take by <br /> eminent domain or otherwise acquire for playground and recreation purposes, and other public <br /> purposes, all or any part of the land now or formerly of First Congregational Society in <br /> Lexington, said land being located at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Clarke Street <br /> and described in a deed from Frederick H. Rindge to Clara W. Harrington recorded in <br /> Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 1787, Page 280; appropriate money therefor <br /> and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer <br /> from available funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 49. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to purchase, take by <br /> eminent domain or otherwise acquire for street and other public purposes any fee, easement <br /> or other interest in all or any part of land now or formerly of Dr. Lester I. Leonard <br /> located at the northwesterly corner of Marrett Road and Lincoln Street and described in a <br /> deed recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 8937, Page 288; appropriate <br /> money therefor and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, <br /> or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any <br /> other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br />
