To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money for the <br /> purchase and installation of local disaster preparedness communications systems in such <br /> location or locations as the Selectmen may determine, and determine whether the money shall <br /> be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any <br /> cotthination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Town Manager) <br /> ARTICLE 42.
