To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for widening and <br /> construction with permanent pavement of all or any part of East Street between the Woburn <br /> line and Grant Street, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current <br /> tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including any funds available to the Town under <br /> the provisions of Chapter 679 of the Acts of 1965, Chapter 616 of the Acts of 1967 or <br /> Chapter 768 of the Acts of 1969, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 36. To see if the Town will appropriate money to be used in conjunction with <br /> money previously appropriated under Article 34 of the Warrant for the 1971 Annual Town <br /> Meeting for the construction of Worthen Road from Marrett Road to Sherburne Road, and <br /> determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from <br /> available funds, including any funds available to the Town under the provisions of <br /> Chapter 679 of the Acts of 1965 or Chapter 616 of the Acts of 1967 or Chapter 768 of the <br /> Acts of 1969, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted by Board of Selectmen) <br /> ARTICLE 37. To see if the Town will make a supplementary appropriation to be used <br /> in conjunction with and in addition to the money appropriated in the vote adopted under <br /> Article 37 of the Warrant for the 1970 Annual Town Meeting, to retain professional services <br /> and prepare preliminary plans and specifications for remodeling of and additions to the <br /> Cary Memorial Library building, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the <br /> current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of Permanent Building Committee) <br />
