-19- <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at request of ten or more registered voters . ) <br /> ARTICLE 72, To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By- <br /> law to permit the construction to 85 foot height limit of industrial storing <br /> or processing facilities not for sustained human occupancy by striking out <br /> Paragraph (c ) of Section 7 of said By-law and substituting therefor the <br /> following Paragraph (e) : <br /> (c ) The limitations of height in feet shall not <br /> apply to chimneys, ventilators, skylights, <br /> tanks, bulkheads, penthouses and other ac- <br /> cessory structural features usually carried <br /> above roofs, nor to domes, towers or spires <br /> of churches or other buildings provided such <br /> features are in no way used for living pur- <br /> poses, provided further that, except with <br /> permission of the Board of Appeals in each <br /> case, no such structural feature of any non- <br /> manufacturing building shall exceed a height <br /> of 65 feet from the ground and no processing <br /> or storage feature (not for sustained human <br /> occupancy) of a manufacturing building shall <br /> exceed a height of 85 feet from the ground. <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at request of ten or more registered voters. ) <br /> ARTICLE 73. To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By- <br /> law to' provide larger side yards in industrial districts where they abut <br /> residential districts and to provide a specific series of ratios of indust- <br /> rial building coverages to required open areas on industrial lots in place <br /> of the present single ratio by striking out Sub-sections a. b. and 0. of <br /> Sub-paragraph 1 of Paragraph (e ) of Section 8 of said By-law and substitut- <br /> ing therefor the following Sub-sections a. b. and c: <br /> a. For each lot a frontage width not less <br /> than 150 feet upon the frontage street. <br /> b. For each lot: <br /> (1 ) A front yard not less than 30 feet in <br /> depth on each street upon which the <br /> lot abuts . <br /> (2) Side Yards not less than 30 feet in <br /> width nor less than 50 feet wherever <br /> any such yard abuts a residential zon- <br /> ing district. <br /> (3 ) A rear yard not less than 30 feet in <br /> depth nor less- than 50 feet wherever <br /> such yard abuts a residential zoning <br /> district. <br />
