A district 1,800 feet wide on the northeasterly <br /> side of the railroad right of way and extending <br /> from the northwesterly line of the northern <br /> circumferential highway to the southeasterly <br /> line of Westview Street. <br /> 2. A district 2,400 feet wide on the southwesterly <br /> side of the railroad right of way and extending <br /> from the northwesterly line of the northern <br /> circumferential highway to the southerly line <br /> of Westview Street and the Lexington-Bedford <br /> town line. <br /> 3. A district bounded northeasterly by Bedford <br /> Street between Westview Street and Hinchey <br /> Road, southeasterly by Hinchey Road, south- <br /> westerly by a line 1,800 feet northeasterly from <br /> and parallel to the northeasterly side-line of <br /> the railroad right of way, and northwesterly by <br /> the southeasterly line of Westview Street. <br /> 4. A district bounded northwesterly by the north- <br /> westerly line of the Northeastern Gas Trans- <br /> mission Company pipeline right of way, north- <br /> easterly by the southwesterly line of Bedford <br /> Street, and southwesterly by a line 1,800 feet <br /> northeasterly from and parallel to the north- <br /> easterly side-line of the railroad right of way.!" <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at request of ten or more registered voters. ) <br /> ARTICLE 71. To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By- <br /> law by striking out Sub-paragraph 2 of Paragraph (f ) of Section 5 thereof <br /> and by substituting therefor the following expanded Sub-paragraph 2 as <br /> follows : <br /> 2. a. Storage and distribution ofliquid fuels. <br /> and lubricants from tanks resting on the <br /> . ground if earth diked or otherwise com- <br /> partmented and if spaced and otherwise <br /> safeguarded in accordance with the res. <br /> quirements <br /> e- <br /> quirements of the Division of Public <br /> Safety of the Commonwealth of Massachu- <br /> setts and the standards of the National <br /> Bureau of Fire Underwriters. <br /> b. Subject to permission from the Board of <br /> Appeals and such safety precautions as it <br /> may require, bulk distribution of liquid <br /> fuels and lubricants from underground <br /> storage tanks or from tanks elevated above <br /> the ground on sufficient supports . <br />
