Optical scanning also simplifies the voting process and the tasks <br /> of conducting elections. Such a system addresses the needs for accuracy, security, and <br /> integrity in voting processes. It includes optically scanning ballots, recording voter choices <br /> and tallying results. <br /> ARTICLE 21 PINE MEADOWS EQUIPMENT <br /> To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money to purchase equipment for and to make <br /> improvements to the Pine Meadows Golf Course as determined by the Recreation Committee <br /> with the approval of the Board of Selectmen; determine whether the money shall be provided by <br /> the tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including the recreation enterprise fund, or by any <br /> combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of the Recreation Committee) <br /> FUNDS REQUESTED: $50,000 <br /> 19 <br />
