In response to a question on the related dollar figure,he noted that the donor requested <br /> the estimated amount of this donation remain confidential. The following vote was then taken: <br /> ACTION 2017#18 <br /> Moved(Spalding) and seconded(Leone) <br /> To accept the donation of software from PTC <br /> VOTE: Members in room at time of vote: 12 (Absent: Boxborough,Bolton,Wayland, Sudbury) <br /> Weighted Vote present: 82.26% <br /> Weight needed: 41.13% <br /> Names of towns opposing or abstaining: None <br /> Final percentage results of vote: 82.26% <br /> Final status of the vote: Passed Unanimously <br /> c. Update: Document Request—MA Inspector General's Office <br /> As a follow up to the Inspector General's November 14,2016 request for procurement documents,to <br /> which a response was submitted December 2,2014,Mr. Mahoney explained that an additional request <br /> was received by email on January 17,2017 for procurement documents during the 2016 calendar year. <br /> He explained that a response will be sent by the deadline of February 3,2017,and he will keep the School <br /> Committee informed. <br /> 2 <br />
