With regard to the proposal "The Lexington Council for the Arts <br /> supports, in general, the monument proposed by Lex See Her", <br /> the motion passed with a vote count of 6 out of 6 in favor. <br /> 2. With regard to the proposal "The Lexington Council for the Arts <br /> supports the proposed siting of the monument on the Visitors <br /> Center Green", the motion failed to pass.
